FIRE STRIPE GRAPHITE is an intumescent gasket that expands three-dimensionally in the event of fire, blocking flames, smoke and gases. Asbestos-free, its intumescence is due to the special graphite technology.

Because of its ability to expand, the FIRE STRIPE GRAPHITE profile ensures that fumes, gases and flames are blocked from room temperature to over 500°C. FIRE STRIPE GRAPHITE is a versatile element that can be used within different construction details offering a simple and practical fire protection solution.

Starting at 150 °C, the profile transforms into a foam and achieves thicknesses up to 10 times greater than its original thickness, guaranteeing effective protection even in the vicinity of connections.
The FIRE STRIPE GRAPHITE gasket can be cut with scissors or a cutter and can be installed easily due to its adhesive surface, making it a very convenient and simple element to apply.
